River Oaks

Board

President - Jamie Coleman

My wife Heather and I, along with three children, moved into unit 2908 in June of 2016. Our youngest recently went off to college leaving us empty nesters.

I am a partner in a Real Estate Investment company with over 10 years in asset and property management. While I love living at River Oaks, I have equally enjoyed serving with this group of board members. I believe that together, all River Oaks owners and residents can contribute to maintaining and adding value to our community.

I love time on my boat, making life moments with my wife and kids, traveling, and getting everything I can out of this life.

Vice President / Dockmaster - Greg Weber

I have been a resident of River Oaks since 2014, when my wife, Julie and son, Brandon moved down from Summerville SC into unit 1503. In 2017 we purchased 2909, which is now home for Julie and I.

I have had several careers including my first as a radio disc jockey and program manager for a radio station in Iowa. I then took a position which lasted for 15 years as the 9-1-1 Director for Washington County Iowa, where I was instrumental in the planning, addressing and implementation of the county's 9-1-1 system. In 1999 my wife and 4 children agreed to make a change and seek out a warmer climate in South Carolina. I spent the next 22 years in different management roles in the automobile business, including sales, finance, and marketing.

I am now retired and enjoy spending time with my wife, 4 children, 7 grandchildren, along with great friends we have made both here in River Oaks and along our winding trail. We both enjoy boating and beaching, traveling and being in the sunshine.
Treasurer - Joe Depenhart

I have resided at 1202 River Oaks drive with my wife Roberta since March of 2014.
I spent my 45 year career in the technical field of building mechanical, piping, pumping and plumbing systems along with building electrical distribution, motor control and various building electrical systems. My initial 25 years were spent in system preventive maintenance and service, which was designed to extend equipment life and minimize system breakdowns.

The latter 20 years of my career were spent primarily in the new construction market for large facilities such as hospitals, colleges, and large commercial facilities. My primary role was to oversee the installation, retrofit and service of building automation, fire alarm and security and card access systems. I have extensive knowledge of the construction industry and subcontracting.

My last 10 years were spent managing and financial monitoring of a $120 million dollar installation and retrofit business spanning over a 6-state area. I have extensive financial and long-term maintenance planning skills.

Secretary - Wally Kueffer

My wife Sharon and I moved to River Oaks, and purchased unit 2904 in 2017.

I am an owner/operator of a overhead crane service, however I am looking forward to retirement in the next couple of years. I asked to be a part of the HOA Board when Tom Adams stepped down and moved away, because I believed I could help make a difference, by assisting with general repairs and offering advise on construction issues.

We have both love living in River Oaks and have no plans on leaving here anytime soon. It is my hope that the community will continue to prosper, and remain one of the nicest places to live in the Savannah area.

Board Member - Chance Raehn

I moved to Savannah in 1995 after graduating from Florida State with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.

My wife, Jennifer and I moved to River Oaks in 2018 where we rented for a year, and then in 2018 we bought unit 3006.
I am the Senior Vice President of Development at Chesterfield LLC. We are an industrial and corporate office development company that develops property across the Southeast.

I have two adult step children, and 4 grandchildren. I enjoy boating, fishing and international travel.
